It's hard to believe I have finished ten weeks of the 80 pounds in 80 weeks challenge. The exciting news is that I am ten pounds lighter than when I started. In all honesty, I was hoping to be a little further along, but I feel good about what I have accomplished so far, and I am already noticing the benefits of being healthier. 1.
