Do you ever feel tired, overwhelmed, or not as happy as you think you could be? Then you’ve come to the right place.
I’m Amy, and I am on a mission to help others reclaim their energy and excitement.
You are worth it. You deserve to feel accomplished, content, and fulfilled.
Too often we are consumed by all of the tasks we need to accomplish for our job, family, and household, and we never seem to “find” time to actually relax and enjoy ourselves. Well, quit looking friends.
It’s time to MAKE time.
After years of falling asleep the moment I sat down on Friday night (absolutely whooped by pouring out everything I had to others all week long), my husband suggested I stop letting Saturday and Sunday be a “weak end” to my week and start making them a “strong beginning” instead. I laughed at first, but as his words swirled in my mind over the next few days, I realized he was absolutely right. I began to think about it more.
- We all have tasks we need to do. But are there ways to simplify these jobs and check them off our to-do list in less time?
- How can we carve time out of our busy schedules to make more time for the things we enjoy, invigorating us and creating more self-satisfaction?
- Can we change our actions, habits, and thoughts to establish a healthier lifestyle, providing us more energy?
The more I thought about it, I realized I wanted to reclaim more than just the weekend. I could purposefully choose to control each moment of my life.
Every moment should be a strong beginning to the week, to today, to LIFE!
